This was an interesting attunement with lots of practice applications for use in any psychic or spiritual meditation practice. Early in one's psychic development it is often confusing for people to hear or sense their guides. It is even more confusing for them once they DO because of suddenly needing to know how to distinguish each one. This attunement is a beautiful and gentle way to introduce people to the answers to these dilemmas and gain a deeper appreciation for spirit communication as a whole.

Caroline is a pleasure to work with and always gave a prompt response to any of my questions. I enjoyed the material which was well written and very interesting. Caroline has many options to choose and I would suggest trying this one as one of the first.
