I loved the Advanced Healer Activation energies. While they were working I left my Lalana Chakra tingle with an icy burn for nearly an hour. I've never experience my Lanana Chakra "activated" before, and it was a very interesting sensation. I actually think it was healing something in me that was preventing me from doing effective healing work.
