I have had covid and found the lingering brain fog horrific I couldn't concentrate and even thinking what to write was a nightmare. After completing this attunement I felt a big shift. I fell asleep and since my mind is clear and my energy is coming back. I just want to say a big thank you to Caroline she's amazing and a miracle worker thank you again
