7 days has passed and I still have received nothing. At this point the service has been really good, and I think the delay is due the pandemic situation. I will wait another week. If possible, if the product arrives, I will edit the review.
Edit: The product arrived today, one day of delay, absolutely no complains about it, but the liquid is not the one I ordered. I ordered the 100mg one, and I received the 300mg one. It's not really a big deal, but the density of the liquid is higher. This is 80/20, the one I ordered is 50/50, so my e-cigarette it's not really the best to use it.
