We offer a free UK Standard Shipping Service that is carried under 2nd Class. This is advised as 2-5 working days after day of order.

Express Next Day - If order placed before 4pm, will be received by customer next working day

International

Standard Shipping EU - 7-10 Working days

Express International EU - 5-7 Working days

Signed for International (All World) - 5-7 Working days

Please note that only orders that are placed before 4pm will be processed for next day delivery if it is chosen upon checkout. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following morning.

Returns

If your item arrives faulty, please send us an email to hello@vapeandjuice.co.uk for return or usage advice.

If buyer wishes to return through change of mind, please return unused in original packaging and email hello@vapeandjuice.co.uk with your order number in the subject line to help us direct you for returns. Refunds are paid in 5 working days from receipt of item in satisfactory condition. (Bottle must be sealed and unopened to qualify for return)
