Good taste but lingers for a while even after a drink. I have tried 1/4 of a dropper per day so far and did notice a reduction in sciatic pain. During my first test after around 20 minutes I felt really well and happy.. (placebo effect?) The great thing about the strength is you need less but that comes with the additional cost. I have researched if you take this in conjunction with fatty foods (avocados, dark chocolate or even a fry up) your body can absorb upto 14 x more CBD from a product like this compaired to taking it with an empty stomach. I have noticed a a reduction in sciatic pain again with this method and will start increasing the dose as the weeks go on.

I am pretty new to trying this. So I’m keen to see if it will aid in my healing in time. But so far it has helped me relax a little more which is great. But as I say in terms of healing it’s far too early to tell. Fingers crossed.
